How to apply Prym x FabPatch
Repair textiles in 4 easy steps
1. Peel off the backing
Peel back a small part of the backing film without touching the adhesive surface so your Prym x FabPatch can adhere properly. Tip: A small crease in the corner makes the film easier to remove.
2. Apply
Press the exposed corner of the Prym x FabPatch onto the clean, dry fabric. Gradually remove the rest of the backing while smoothing the patch into place.
3. Rub firmly
Rub the patch firmly – ideally with a spoon. Then press it onto a hard surface for at least one minute to ensure optimal adhesion. Tip: Short on time? Press it down briefly with a clean hand and rub it firmly later the same day – it works just as well.
4. Wait briefly, hold longer
For best results, do not wash, stretch or heavily stress the textile for the first 3 days.
- Washing: max. 40 °C (Merino: 30 °C)
- Ironing: medium heat only
