The subject of data protection is personal data (Art. 4 (1) GDPR): any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, address, e‑mail, telephone, IP address). This policy applies to customers, potential customers, job applicants and visitors of all websites and online presences for which Prym Consumer Europe GmbH is responsible, but not to external links .

3. Use of your Personal Data, general information

When you access our website, certain usage data (such as IP address, browser type, access time) are transmitted automatically. We only collect further personal data if you provide it voluntarily (e.g. e‑mail, contact details) and solely for the purpose communicated (e.g. correspondence, contract execution). After completion of the contract, data will be archived or deleted as per legal requirements. Newsletter addresses will be used for advertising until unsubscribed. 5.2 Balancing of interests (marketing and security)

We process data to improve customer relations, perform surveys, marketing analysis, fraud prevention, system security and evidence preservation in legal disputes. You have the right to object to such processing at any time.

5.3 Your consent

Where processing is based on consent (e.g. forms, newsletter tracking), you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing .
