Crochet each piece separately, then sew all the parts together at the end:

Crochet the body

Work in continuous spiral rounds. Mark the beginning of each round with a stitch marker.

Rnd 1: Using light grey, ch 2, then work 8 sc into the 2nd ch from the hook (= 8 sts).

Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st (= 16 sts).

Rnd 3: *1 sc, 2 sc in next st* 8 times (= 24 sts).

Rnd 4: *2 sc, 2 sc in next st* 8 times (= 32 sts).

Rnd 5–16: 1 sc in each st (= 32 sts).

Rnd 17: *2 sc, sc the 3rd and 4th sts together* 8 times (= 24 sts).

Fill the body with toy stuffing.

Rnd 18: *1 sc, sc the 2nd and 3rd sts together* 8 times (= 16 sts).

Rnd 19: *sc 2 sts together* 8 times (= 8 sts).

Fasten off, leaving a long yarn tail. Add more stuffing to the body. Use the yarn tail to draw the remaining sts tightly together, then weave in the end.

Crochet the head

Work in continuous spiral rounds. Mark the beginning of each round with a stitch marker.

Rnd 1: Using light grey, ch 2, then work 6 sc into the 2nd ch from the hook (= 6 sts).

Rnd 2: *1 sc, 2 sc in next st* 3 times (= 9 sts).

Rnd 3: *2 sc, 2 sc in next st* 3 times (= 12 sts).

Rnd 4: *3 sc, 2 sc in next st* 3 times (= 15 sts).

Rnd 5: *4 sc, 2 sc in next st* 3 times (= 18 sts).

Rnd 6: *2 sc, 2 sc in next st* 6 times (= 24 sts).

Rnd 7: *3 sc, 2 sc in next st* 6 times (= 30 sts).

Rnd 8–16: 1 sc in each st (= 30 sts). Insert the safety eyes between Rounds 11 and 12, leaving 5 sts between the eyes.

Rnd 17: *3 sc, sc the 4th and 5th sts together* 6 times (= 24 sts).

Fill the head with toy stuffing.

Rnd 18: *1 sc, sc the 2nd and 3rd sts together* 6 times (= 12 sts).

Rnd 19: *sc 2 sts together* 6 times (= 6 sts).

Fasten off, leaving a long yarn tail. Add more stuffing to the head. Use the yarn tail to draw the remaining sts tightly together, then weave in the end.

Crochet the muzzle

Work in rounds.

Rnd 1: Using white, ch 2, then work 6 sc into the 2nd ch from the hook (= 6 sts).

Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st (= 12 sts).

Rnd 3: *1 sc, 2 sc in next st* 6 times (= 18 sts).

Fasten off, leaving a long yarn tail.

Crochet the arms (make 2)

Work in rounds.

Rnd 1: Using light grey, ch 2, then work 10 sc into the 2nd ch from the hook (= 10 sts).

Rnd 2–3: 1 sc in each st (= 10 sts).

Continue in spiral rounds.

Rnd 4–9: 1 sc in each st (= 10 sts).

Fasten off, leaving a long yarn tail.

Lightly fill the arms with toy stuffing.

To close each arm, fold the final round in half and sew the edges together flat.

Crochet the legs (make 2)

Work in rounds.

Rnd 1: Using black, ch 2, then work 10 sc into the 2nd ch from the hook (= 10 sts).

Rnd 2: 1 sc in each st (= 10 sts).

Rnd 3: *1 sc, 2 sc in next st* 5 times (= 15 sts).

Rnd 4–7: 1 sc in each st (= 15 sts).

Rnd 8: *1 sc, sc the 2nd and 3rd sts together* 5 times (= 10 sts).

Continue in spiral rounds.

Rnd 9–14: 1 sc in each st (= 10 sts).

Fasten off, leaving a long yarn tail.

Fill the legs with toy stuffing in the same way as the arms, then close them flat.

Crochet the ears (make 2)

Work in rounds.

Rnd 1: Using light grey, ch 2, then work 6 sc into the 2nd ch from the hook (= 6 sts).

Rnd 2: 1 sc in each st (= 12 sts). Continue in spiral rounds.

Rnd 3–14: 1 sc in each st (= 12 sts).

Fasten off, leaving a long yarn tail.

Fold each ear flat in half and sew together.

Crochet the inner ears (make 2)

Using powder pink, ch 8 and work in rows.

Row 1: Work 1 sc into the 2nd st from the hook, then 1 sc in each following st (= 7 sts).

Row 2: Continue along the underside of the foundation chain: 7 sc, 2 sc in the last st, 7 sc (= 16 sts).

Fasten off, leaving a long yarn tail.

Sew each inner ear onto an ear and fill with toy stuffing.

Crochet the tail

Work in rounds.

Rnd 1: Using mocha, ch 2, then work 6 sc into the 2nd ch from the hook (= 6 sts).

Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st (= 12 sts).

Fasten off, leaving a long yarn tail.

Assemble the crochet bunny

Sew the ears securely to the head.

Sew the muzzle between the eyes, adding toy stuffing as you sew.

Separate the yarn strands and use 2 plies to embroider the muzzle in powder pink and black.

Using the black yarn, embroider small eyelashes.

Sew all the remaining pieces together.

Sew the head to the body.

Attach the legs first, followed by the arms.

Finally, sew on the tail.
