The oval patches, made in fine imitation velour leather can be ironed or sewn on to hide worn places on elbows or knees. However, they are particularly popular as fashionable motifs on light-weight to medium-weight outer clothing and also serve the purpose of protecting the elbows from wear and tear. The high quality adhesive coating allows the patches to be firmly stuck on fabric and leather as a first step. Then, the pre-punched holes around the edge make it possible to sewn them on creatively, using cross stitch, running stitch and much more. The Prym range sells them in pairs in a wide choice of colours. The patches can be washed up to 30 degrees.
