These ten lace bobbin holders by Prym are best-suited for this exact task. Its 13 cm-length lets them secure up to eight lace bobbins. Both end caps made of plum-blue plastic are connected to a long, steel spring. A grey-coated, 2.5 mm-thick aluminium needle runs parallel to the string, which is only firmly seated in one of the end caps. This allows the lace bobbin holders on the other side to be opened and closed to temporarily hold lace bobbins or even stitches in position.
