Your favourite jeans have a hole? No problem, the Prym Jeans Repair Kit makes it easy to mend a pair of jeans. The repair kit contains 3 dark blue and 2 light blue patches – 4 coated for ironing on, 1 for sewing on. The set also includes sewing thread in blue and ochre as well as useful tools: Pincushion, pins, sewing needles and needle threader.
Sewing or ironing
If a sewing machine is available to repair the jeans, zigzag or overlock stitching is the way to go. And you can even repair a torn pair of jeans with an iron. The iron-on patches in the jeans repair kit are ideal for this. All you need is a standard iron and the patches can be ironed onto the jeans – whether they are torn at the knee or thigh.
