The conventional dressmaking pattern paper is ideal for transferring patterns and for creating cutting templates. The screened dressmaking pattern paper with printed scale is an additional aid for enlarging patterns and creating motifs. Prym offers both products in semi-transparent tissue paper in the dimensions 1 m x 10 m - not folded but in a roll. The tracing paper is extremely transparent and therefore allows you a perfect view for transferring the lines. This is the way to success for every pattern.

Papel transfer
The coloured transfer paper is not only a useful aid for transferring patterns in sewing, dressmaking and tailoring; it is also suitable for transferring marking to materials such as leather, wood, plaster of Paris,, porcelain or paper-board. This makes it ideal for many craft hobbies. So that the transfer of the selected pattern is clearly visible on every surface, the package contains two sheets, each 56 cm x 40 cm of the practical transfer paper, in white and blue. When the dressmaking, embroidery or quilting project is completed, the marking lines can easily be washed out of the fabric.

The parallel tracing wheel “Multi” from the prym.ergonomics series combines all the advantages that the chalk wheel “Mouse” has. It convinces with its ergonomic design and its good feel, the finely measured washable chalk line, with refills in white and yellow and the practical viewing window for the level of chalk. In addition, a side accessory can be attached to this chalk wheel, which runs parallel to the chalk wheel of the mouse. The spacing of the tracing wheel on it can be determined with the spacer to the desired seam allowance of 15 mm, 25 mm and 40 mm, which means that all common seam allowances can be easily marked in one operation. This useful tracing and chalk wheel was awarded the Red Dot Design Award in 2010.

With the cartridge, not only the dressmaker’s chalk powder is replenished in white or yellow, but also the entire top including the chalk wheel and cap are replaced. In this way, the three ergonomic Prym marker aids are always fully functional and ready for use when they are needed at the workplace while sewing or dressmaking. The solidly made tracing wheel features a classic wooden grip and a shaft made of metal. This will keep them as reliable helpers at the sewing station for many years.

Marcador transferible
The iron-on transfer pen from Prym is a good choice for transferring embroidery patterns onto fabrics. First of all, use the violet felt-tip cartridge to transfer the embroidery pattern onto transparent paper. To ensure that the motif is displayed the correct way round, the motif is once more clearly traced on the reverse of the transparent paper with the iron-on pattern pen. Now you can iron the embroidery pattern onto the fabric. You must without fail embroider over the transferred lines, since the markings do not wash out. This transfer pen from Prym is ideal for all natural fibre, as well as for synthetic fabrics, blended fabrics and silk. For ironing on the prepared pattern the iron should be set to the ironing temperature for the fabric you are using. Important: Never draw directly onto the fabric.
Afilador de tizas
The chalk sharpener is the perfect tool for sharpening dressmaker’s and magic chalk from Prym. On the upper side of the violet plastic chalk sharpener there are V-shaped plastic edges,on which the worn chalk slab is moved to and fro until it becomes sharp once more. As the chalk is sharpened, the dust from the chalk falls into the chalk sharpener's integral container. A slide on the underside allows the chalk sharpener to be opened and emptied.

A combination, which provides the perfect solution: the water-erasable markings of the aqua trick marker and the water pen now make it easy to trace and remove lines by hand when embroidering, dressmaking, doing patchwork and quilting. The aqua trick marker is particularly suitable for removing markings on fabrics when the lines traced are intended to be invisible later on. It should be stored cap downwards, to prevent it from drying out. The markings must be accurately removed and left without a trace before ironing. Also short-term markings can be transferred: the water pen is filled with water and its damp brush-tip produces exact lines on the fabric. In addition, if you fill it with a mixture of water and stain remover, the water pen effortlessly removes stains. Important: Test the marking and removal properties of the aqua trick marker and water pen beforehand on a fabric sample!
