This practical Prym turning set makes the turning of fabric tunnels such as straps or belt loops easy, making it an extremely useful sewing accessory. From a small belt loop to a broad bag handle, any self made fabric tunnel can be easily turned. The fabric tunnel is first sewn on only one side and then placed over the plum blue plastic tube. With the enclosed wooden rod, the fabric can now be pushed through the tube on the stitched side and be automatically turned. In the set there are three sizes: S for tunnel widths from 9.5 mm to 16 mm, M for tunnel widths from 19 mm to 25 mm and L for tunnel widths greater than 25 mm.

Pasa-cintas
These bodkins, made of hardened steel and refined brass, are suitable for inserting elastic tapes and cords through a waistband, hood tunnelling, etc. The brass version is a needle that is divided at the shank and open towards the eye, which gives the tip of the needle a spherical shape. If a tape is threaded through this eye and then inserted down the needle shaft halves, it gets caught and can then be pulled through the tunnel while it is securely anchored. The other bodkin, made of stainless steel, is also a blunt needle. However, it has a wide, flattened, and thus, thinner needle shaft with a long and round eye. The long eye is designed to take up tapes and thick yarns, the round one is suitable for finer yarns and o-rings. The needles’ burr-free, rounded tips cannot pierce through the material and therefore slide easily through any fabric loop or tube. The balanced spring stiffness and smooth surface make these needles professional tools.

The corner and edge shaper, now in the colour pink, with its asymmetrical pointed and rounded blunt tip, enables the moulding of turned over corners, edges and curves without damaging the fabric. Unlike knives or scissors which are often used for this purpose, this tool from Prym has no sharp edges but rather a rounded tip, making it the perfect moulding aid when sewing cases, small bags and much more. In addition, the corner and edge shaper is also suitable for spreading out seams without ironing. The three inserters made of coloured plastic are suitable for inserting elastic tapes and strands in waistbands, hoods, and much more. These long tatting shuttles have a light, conical shape with a round tip and have two serrated slots on the rear to accept tapes that are 6 mm, 12 mm, and 18 mm-wide. To replace the old tapes, the front end of the tatting shuttle has a hole for fastening an additional retrieval cord. With these three colour-coordinated threaders for elastics and tapes are very easily replaced in no time.

The magnifying glass with bracket from Prym is a great help in very small and fine work, such as embroidery, in all craft work, philately or for reading small print. The small additional lens with an 8x magnification means that the smallest details are easily visible. The peculiarity of this illuminated magnifying glass is its flexibility, because due to its bracket and 180° rotating light, the work table can be optimally illuminated. The bracket can be hung around you, but also provides a firm footing on the table. The modern LED bulbs make the magnifying glass an even more attractive purchase. Papel transfer
The coloured transfer paper is not only a useful aid for transferring patterns in sewing, dressmaking and tailoring; it is also suitable for transferring marking to materials such as leather, wood, plaster of Paris,, porcelain or paper-board.
