How do I get eyelets into my fabric? This question often arises during sewing projects. The Vario Creative Tool is perfect for attaching eyelets with washers in leather, jeans or other fabrics. Simply insert the high-quality metal and plastic tools into the Vario Creative Tool and the fabric can first be punched and then decorated with the separately available eyelets.
The tools set for small eyelets with a diameter of 4 mm, 5 mm and 8 mm includes punching and processing tools for attaching the eyelets as well as detailed step-by-step instructions. The tool set can optionally also be used in the Prym Vario pliers (390 900) or the Prym tripod (673 130).
To ensure they are easy to use, the tools are colour-coded and engraved: The green marking is clearly recognisable both on the packaging and on the tool sets for Prym eyelets and supports the matching of the tools to the appropriate consumables (eyelets).

If you want to improve the look of your project without sewing, it’s easy! You can use Prym’s classic eyelets with washers in a variety of settings and use them for lace-up fastenings, crafts, as a fashionable decorative element, for household items or anything else you can think of. Attach your eyelets and washers firmly enough that they no longer twist round easily – this will stop them from falling out when the material is pulled tight.
The rustproof eyelets with washers are made of brass and are available in various metal colours: antique brass, burnished, silver- or gold-coloured. Depending on the inner diameter, different tools are suitable for attaching the eyelets and washers. Using the VARIO Creative Tool is particularly convenient. Prym offers two different tool sets for this purpose: Article no. 673 131 for Ø 4 / 5 / 8 mm and article no. 673 127 for Ø 11 / 14 mm. Alternatively, depending on the size, you can also use the VARIO pliers, the tripod or the included tool and a hammer. The icons printed on the packaging reveal the appropriate processing tools.
