Prym Management Conference 2011
51 Prym executives from 16 countries met on 26 January 2011 in the "bauwerk Cologne" for the 2nd Prym Management Conference of the Prym Group. The declared objective and motto of the event was "Thinking out of the box" in order to raise awareness of the participants for potentials of the Group. The leitmotif "Pole position" results from the "Guidelines 2011". These are clearly formulated guidelines for the period following the economical and financial crisis. This depends on trust, leadership, innovation and focus on the customer. This is not only a challenge for executives but also for all employees. The task of the executives will be to convey the guidelines to the staff and teams in the local factories and to implement them.
A full agenda, including external presentations and a wealth of information and workshops offered many opportunities to exchange ideas. The unique event location (one in the 1930 built brick building of the Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz (KHD) tractor factory converted into a modern and innovative event hall) encouraged the Prym executives to think up new ideas and to conduct a lively exchange of views at international level.
It was a completely successful management conference with positive signals for 2011.
