Training younger staff is particularly important at Prym. In fact, every year we give training to a number of new arrivals, amounting to10 per cent of our staff , which is well above average. Through constant training in both technical and commercial skills, we help to develop the abilities of young people and help them face the future with confidence. It also provides us with a highly skilled workforce for years to come.
