We’re passionate about precision

Our engineers and technicians are fastidious when it comes to getting it right – and that’s exactly why we like them. After all, attention to detail is essential when producing very small parts. The tiny components made by INOVAN have to perform important tasks – such as starting a car, and stopping it again.

INOVAN produces strip and wire contact elements, as well as coiled spring pins and sleeves for products found in the automotive, IT and communications, household appliance, electronic and electrical engineering industries. These parts transmit electrical current and pulses to precisely where they are needed, and provide mechanical connections for a huge range of applications, acting as axes or joints, guides or installation aids – or even hinges for ladies’ powder compacts.

Modern laser welding technology allows us to form secure bonds between materials which ordinarily would be difficult to weld together, creating exceptionally strong welding seams, while also complying with the lowest possible tolerance values. INOVAN also offers extremely flexible assembly technology in this production area for all kinds of unusual shapes and sizes.

To ensure that we adhere to strict quality standards, all our pins and wires are produced using machines and tools developed in-house – this way, we remain flexible enough to offer our customers ever more innovative and advanced solutions.
